This magazine cover from CLASH is, in my opinion effective because of its use of simplicity. The title is white and bold which stands out, also the text on the side of the cover is in a similar font which fits in with the simplicity theme. However Lana del Rey's name is in a different font which grabs the audience's attention and highlights what's the magazine is about . We see that there's a close up photo of Lana on the cover and she has her hands around her face which draws the in and signifies that the magazine is about her..
